Two costs are quietly draining your business: lost revenue from stockouts, and trapped cash in slow-movers. stocura sees both — and tells you what to reorder, when, and how much. Built on top of Cin7 Core, with two-way Shopify sync for pricing.
By the time low-stock alerts fire, you’re already losing sales. There’s no view of what to order, when, and how much across all your suppliers.
Last December you sold three times your usual volume. Cin7 doesn’t know that. So your reorder points reset to a flat average, and you stock out again.
SKUs that haven’t sold in six months sit on the shelf, eating cash and warehouse space. Nobody flags them until the year-end stock take.
DEAR shows you unit cost. Real margin needs landed cost, labour, raw materials, and consistent pricing across Shopify and Cin7. Most teams find out a product is loss-making months later.
A single, priority-sorted view of every SKU that needs reordering — grouped by supplier so you can raise a PO in one click.
| SKU | Product | On hand | Cover | Reorder | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| OW-4412 | Olwyn linen tote · natural | 18 | 4 days | 142 | |
| LK-22A | Lake & Pine soy candle 250g | 52 | 11 days | 88 | |
| HB-771 | Harbourline tea · breakfast | 34 | 14 days | 64 | |
| PN-301 | Pine board · 1200mm | 71 | 22 days | 40 | |
| MR-118 | Marrow oat granola 450g | 96 | 28 days | 36 |
stocura watches up to two years of demand, finds the seasonal pattern in each SKU, and projects the next three months. No spreadsheets, no guesswork.
Forecasting in an SMB inventory tool is usually a flat 90-day average and a generous safety stock multiplier. stocura's engine has six pieces of work in it that, individually, sound boring — and collectively decide whether your reorder point is honest or theatre.
Every SKU is fit independently against two full years of history — so December candles and June garden tools don't get blended into the same flat curve.
When a SKU was out of stock, the engine backfills that period with its pre-stockout run rate instead of counting zero demand. Long OOS stretches no longer suppress next year's forecast.
Once a supplier has six received POs (or 90 days of history), the engine takes over their lead time — using a trimmed mean of observed delivery, not whatever you typed in last year.
Lead times count weekdays, not calendar days. Five business days means a full working week of demand cover — not five lazy ones across a holiday weekend.
Expecting a 3× lift for Mother's Day or a campaign? Apply a one-off multiplier to a SKU's forecast for the date range. The Reorder Queue picks it up automatically.
SKUs with thin history get a thicker safety buffer. SKUs with two clean years get a tight one. The multiplier scales with how much the engine actually knows.
Build a single international PO that covers months of demand at once — pick your cover target, and stocura sizes the order from your seasonal forecast and supplier lead times.

Cin7 Core and Shopify, into a single connection screen.
Products, stock, suppliers, sales — pulled in the background, no double entry.
Reorder Queue and margin reports waiting for you the next morning.
Stockout-corrected demand. Cin7's built-in tools don't do this.
If you were out of stock last month, raw sales make that month look slow — and your next order comes up short. Stocura uncensors OOS periods before computing demand. Both your reorder math and your forecasts get the corrected number.
Per-SKU seasonal templates that self-correct every night.
Pick a template at staging — Christmas, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Evergreen. Empirical-Bayes blend with your own data; template prior fades to zero by month 12. Nightly auto-correction if the pattern drifts. Every adjustment audit-logged.
Cin7 Core records what your stock is doing. stocura tells you what to do about it — what to reorder, when, how much, and which products are actually making money. We don’t replace Cin7; we sit on top of it.
Cin7 alone works — you’ll get the Reorder Queue, forecasting, and slow-mover workflow. Connecting Shopify unlocks two-way pricing sync and uses real Shopify orders as your demand signal, which makes the forecasts noticeably sharper.
We layer your DEAR unit cost with labour, raw material yield, and inbound freight to produce a true landed cost per SKU. Sell price comes from Shopify (or Cin7 if you don’t use Shopify). Margin = (sell − landed) / sell.
Only when you ask it to. Price updates are explicit, reviewed in a diff, and applied per SKU. We never push silently or in the background.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256-GCM). We back up daily with 30-day retention and run least-privilege access controls. See our security page for detail.
Yes, any time. Self-serve from the billing page. No annual contracts, no minimum term. Your data is exportable as CSV or via API for 30 days after cancellation.
