stocura is a software-as-a-service inventory tool (“we”, “us”) based in Sydney, Australia. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
You’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. Workspace owners can invite and remove team members. You must be at least 18 to enter into this agreement on behalf of a business.
Don’t use stocura to do anything illegal, infringe someone else’s rights, attempt to extract data outside your workspace, or interfere with our infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this clause.
Your inventory and account data is yours. We act as a custodian — we hold and process it to run the service, on the terms set out in our privacy notice. You can export or delete it at any time.
Plans are billed monthly or annually in Australian dollars unless otherwise specified. Free trials don’t require a payment method; if you choose a paid plan, billing starts the day you upgrade. We give 30 days’ written notice before any price change to existing customers.
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation your workspace is read-only for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
Monthly plans are non-refundable. Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of payment if you’re not satisfied. Email billing@stocura.com.
We target 99.9% uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure. The current uptime is published on our status page. Service credits are available on the Harbour plan; details in your service agreement.
stocura connects to third-party services (Cin7 Core, Shopify, Slack, etc.). Those services have their own terms and we’re not responsible for outages, deprecations, or behaviour changes on their side. We do our best to communicate when an upstream change affects you.
The stocura software, brand, and content are ours. You get a non-exclusive licence to use them while your subscription is active. You retain ownership of all data you upload.
We’ll treat any non-public information you share with us as confidential, and use it only to deliver the service and support.
We provide stocura “as is” and don’t warrant that forecasts will be accurate or that PO suggestions will always be optimal — your team retains decision authority. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under this agreement is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or content you upload that infringes someone else’s rights.
These terms continue until you or we terminate. Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days’ notice if not cured.
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll notify account owners by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes go to the courts of NSW unless we agree otherwise in writing.
