Pricing FAQ

What counts as an active SKU?

Any SKU in Cin7 Core that has either had a sale in the last 90 days or has stock-on-hand greater than zero. Archived and discontinued SKUs don’t count toward your limit.

Do you charge per user?

No. All plans include unlimited users in your workspace. We’ve never understood per-seat pricing for an ops tool — your buyer and your bookkeeper both need access.

Is there an implementation fee?

Not on Counter or Yard — both onboard themselves in about an hour. Harbour includes guided onboarding (no extra charge) because multi-warehouse setups deserve a real conversation.

What happens after the trial?

Your data stays in place. We’ll email you near the end of the trial; if you don’t pick a plan we pause the workspace (read-only) for 30 days, then archive. Nothing auto-charges.

Can I switch plans?

Yes — up or down, at any time, prorated. Most teams start on Yard.

Do you do non-profit or first-year-business pricing?

Yes — 50% off Counter or Yard for registered non-profits, and a six-month free runway for businesses in their first trading year. Email hello@stocura.com with a sentence about your business.
