How it works

From four cost sources to one number.

01

Layer your costs

DEAR unit cost, labour, raw materials, inbound freight. Each component editable per SKU or per category.

02

Compare to sell price

Sell prices come from Shopify (or Cin7 if no Shopify). Margin = (sell − landed) / sell. Loss-makers float to the top.

03

Push corrected prices

Set new prices in stocura, push them to Shopify and Cin7 in a single action. Diff shown before commit.

Anatomy of landed cost

Wool throw · sand

DT-4081 · sells for $84.00
Cin7 unit cost$42.80
Inbound freight$18.40
Raw material yield$15.60
Labour$12.40
Landed cost$89.20
The fix

Raise sell to $118 on Shopify and Cin7 in one push. Margin moves from −6% to 24%. Demand impact estimated based on price elasticity from your last six months.

What you get

Margin you can defend.

True landed cost

Not just DEAR unit cost. Labour, raw materials, freight — all stacked per SKU.

Loss-makers up top

Auto-sorted lowest-margin first. We surface negative margin in Clay so you can’t miss it.

Two-way price push

Update Shopify variant prices and the cost-per-item metafield, plus the Cin7 product price, in one transaction.

Diff before commit

Every push shows the before/after diff. We never push silently.

Bulk corrections

Filter by category, supplier, or margin band. Apply a fixed % markup or floor across hundreds of SKUs.

Full audit trail

Every price change logged: who, what, when, and the resulting margin shift.

“We had four products selling at a loss for nine months. Found them in a Tuesday morning, fixed them by lunch.”
